1.Definitions

"Platform" means the jitbet website accessible at jitbet.pro and any associated mobile web application.

"Account" means the individual account registered by a Player to access jitbet's services.

"Funds" means BDT amounts held in a Player's jitbet account, including deposited funds and bonus amounts.

2.Account Registration

3.Identity Verification (KYC)

jitbet is required to verify the identity and age of all players prior to processing the first withdrawal. The KYC process may require you to submit one or more of the following documents:

• Proof of your registered Bangladesh mobile number (bKash, Nagad, or Rocket account screenshot).

jitbet will process KYC documents within 3 business days. Withdrawals will be held pending successful KYC completion. Documents submitted for KYC are stored and handled in accordance with jitbet's Privacy Policy.

If jitbet is unable to verify your identity, your account may be suspended and any funds held in your account will be reviewed in accordance with applicable fraud prevention procedures.

4.Deposits

All deposits at jitbet are made in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The following deposit conditions apply:

• Minimum deposit: ৳100 per transaction.
• Accepted payment methods include bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, and Visa/Mastercard.
• Deposits are credited to your jitbet account promptly upon confirmation from the payment provider. jitbet is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors.
• You must only deposit funds from payment accounts registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts will be refunded and may result in account suspension.
• jitbet does not accept deposits made from credit accounts, loans, or funds obtained through any illegal means.

5.Withdrawals

Withdrawals are processed in BDT to the same payment channel used for your most recent qualifying deposit. The following conditions apply to all withdrawals:

• Minimum withdrawal: ৳500 per transaction.
• Successful KYC verification is required before the first withdrawal is processed.
• Withdrawals are typically processed within 24 hours of approval. Mobile wallet withdrawals (bKash, Nagad, Rocket) are generally the fastest.
• jitbet reserves the right to request additional verification documents before processing any withdrawal if fraud, money laundering, or bonus abuse is suspected.
• Bonus funds that have not yet met the applicable wagering requirement cannot be withdrawn. Only real-money funds that have cleared the wagering requirement are eligible for withdrawal.
• Withdrawal requests submitted outside Bangladesh Standard Time business hours will be queued for the next available processing window.

6.Bonuses and Promotions

jitbet offers a range of promotional bonuses to new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions unless the specific promotion's terms state otherwise:

• Bonus offers are available to eligible players aged 21 and above with a verified jitbet account.
• Each bonus offer specifies a wagering requirement expressed as a multiplier (e.g., 20x). The player must wager the bonus amount multiplied by the stated figure before any associated winnings may be withdrawn.
• Unless specifically stated, bonus funds must be used before real-money funds are wagered.
• jitbet reserves the right to withdraw any bonus from a player's account if the bonus was obtained through fraudulent means, multiple account abuse, or in violation of these Terms.
• No bonus, promotional credit, or free bet may be transferred between players.
• jitbet reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time. Players will be notified of material changes via the email address or mobile number registered to their account.

7.Betting and Gaming Rules

All bets placed on the jitbet platform are governed by the following rules:

• A bet is confirmed only when it is accepted and recorded by jitbet's system. A bet that has not been confirmed is not a valid wager.
• jitbet reserves the right to void any bet placed in error, including bets placed at clearly incorrect odds due to technical error or human error on jitbet's part.
• For live betting markets, jitbet will endeavour to suspend markets at appropriate moments (e.g., upon a wicket falling or a goal being scored). However, bets accepted before a suspension may stand at jitbet's discretion.
• In the event of a cricket match being abandoned, reduced in overs, or rescheduled, jitbet's cricket-specific settlement rules will apply. Players are advised to review the sport-specific rules published on the Platform.
• Casino game results are determined by certified random number generation (RNG) and are final. No claim may be made against jitbet in respect of an individual casino game outcome.
• In the event of a dispute regarding a game result, jitbet's system records shall be the definitive source of truth.

8.Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the jitbet platform and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all funds, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tool to place bets or interact with the Platform.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors to gain an unfair advantage.
• Participating in match-fixing, collusion with other players, or any form of organised fraud.
• Attempting to launder money or use jitbet for any illegal financial activity.
• Registering multiple accounts or using another person's account credentials.
• Using a VPN, proxy, or other means to disguise your location or circumvent jitbet's geographic or age restrictions.
• Abusing bonus offers through coordinated multi-account activity.

9.Responsible Gaming

jitbet is committed to providing a safe and responsible gaming environment. All players are encouraged to set personal limits and make use of the responsible gaming tools available in their account dashboard, including:

• Deposit limits — set daily, weekly, or monthly caps on how much you can deposit.

During any period of platform unavailability, open bets will be settled once the Platform is restored, using the official result of the relevant event. jitbet will not void a settled bet solely on the basis that the Platform was unavailable at the time of settlement.
